When looking for properties in the Bull Creek area the very first thing you should be aware of is access. There are many vacant lots in Bull Creek, but the vast majority are accessed via public easements. You can access these 4 lots via Jelisson Rd and Henry Ln (Private Roads). Any roads that are developed on public easements are classified as “private” roads by the county, and the county accepts no responsibility whatsoever to maintain them as private roads. Most of the vacant lots are not even on a private road, but whose legal access is\r\n
